Where are you based?
We are based in Plymouth and cover beautiful Devon & Cornwall but we are more than willing to travel, we have been known to fly to Finland for a wedding.
Do we need to meet you before we book?
Whilst we always love to meet our couples this is not always possible, but we can always video call or speak on the phone if you would prefer.
Alternatively if you really like our work and want to book us pop on over to our contact page and fill out the form, we will then contact you shortly.
What happens next ?
Once we receive your booking form and your £200 booking fee we will send you the contract to both sign.
When this is returned to us your date is secure and final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding date, you can even arrange to pay in instalments if this is something you would like to do.
When do we receive our images ?
We take a huge amount of care and attention when editing your images and in busier months it can take at least 6-8 weeks for us to deliver your images. We usually say 4 weeks is the normal turnaround time.
It’s totally worth the wait! We shoot digitally so there is no limit to what we shoot, we carefully select the best for you and you can expect to see approximately 500- 600 images depending on the coverage you book with us. This isn’t set in stone, sometimes it might be a few less sometimes or a few more.
Can we have some group shots?
Absolutely, we know it's important to document loved ones that have shared your lovely day with you but recommend that you keep group shots to between 6-8 groups.
To give you an idea of time, each group takes approximately 5-6 minutes to set up and capture.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity
We would like to book what do we do ?
Thats Fantastic!! Right, first things first send us an email or fill out our contact form and we will check that your date is still available. If it is we are good to go.
We can arrange a video call with you to hear about your exciting plans for your wedding.
We will send you a booking form for you to fill out, once we receive your booking form and your £200 booking fee we will send you the contract to you both to sign.
